openvibegames3 (VibeCade) lets visitors discover and play games, and lets signed-in creators publish game listings.
For Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, name and profile image. We use these to create your creator account, recognize you on later visits and display your profile. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive or contacts. Google sign-in tokens are verified by the server; your session uses a separate cookie.
For username/password accounts, we store your username, optional email, profile details and a salted password hash. We do not store the password as plain text. Account and session records are stored using Cloudflare D1.
Game listings, creator names, profile images, school and bio fields, ratings and aggregate play counts are public. Account email addresses and authentication records are not part of public profiles. Avoid putting private information in public profile or game fields.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a short-lived Google sign-in challenge cookie to protect login, and a visitor cookie to limit duplicate game play counts. The server stores ratings linked to accounts and play records linked to visitor identifiers. Hashed network identifiers and time buckets help limit repeated authentication attempts. Cloudflare and Google may process technical connection information needed to deliver their services.
Games, videos and images may load from third-party hosts such as itch.io. Those providers receive requests when their content loads and apply their own privacy policies. Google Identity Services loads when you open the sign-in menu.
You can browse the public catalog without an account, sign out to end your current session, edit your profile, and remove your own game listings. Removed listings are hidden and may remain in storage for recovery. For account data access, correction or deletion requests, contact almorroj@gmail.com.
